Wondering what to make for dinner tonight? Branch out from your regular grilling go-to’s, and try my Cilantro Lime Chimichurri Sauce. It’s a breeze to whip up, and showcases summer’s good eats with fresh herbs and bright lime juice. The sauce is intended to be used like a condiment for grilled meats like steak, pork chops, or chicken. Since the sauce sports a lot of zip, pair the grilled meat/chimichurri main dish with a grilled /(or baked) potato topped with sour cream. (And if you have another quick minute while your grill is going, round out your meal with sliced summer berries or a fresh side salad.) Just like that…dinner is served!
Cook’s Note: the garlic in this recipe can pack a punch, if you opt for 3 or more cloves. If you’re afraid of Dragonbreath showing up to your dinner table unannounced… try backing down on the garlic, or saute it in a little oil before adding it to the food processor.
